Part of success
in selling your home depends on the impression which potential
buyers will have when viewing your home. Showing it off
properly is of prime importance. Certain visual aspects must be
reviewed before you sell your home. Here are a few things to
consider...

Is the
outside of the house in good condition?

need repairs?

Have broken
windows been replaced?

Has the grass
been cut and raked?

Do the hedges
and shrubs need trimming?

In winter,
has the snow been removed?

few things that come to mind before showing a house. If
